‚ÄčSubmit a work order via their online portal.

What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

They call the office phone which then sends them to the emergency maintenance line.

What maintenance is a resident responsible for? (i.e. changing fire alarm battery/changing lightbulbs/etc.)

Light bulbs, Fire alarm batteries, batteries in thermostats, garbage disposals, and any other routine maintenance items needed.

Does your property offer on-site parking?

Yes.

Is your property parking free or paid?

Paid. 

Is your property pet-friendly?

Yes.

Do you offer furnished units?

Yes.

Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?

Yes. 

Is your property smoke-friendly?

Only outside of the building. 

How long does it take for an application to be approved?

Within the first 48 hours of being submitted.

What are my options for paying my rent?

Check, money order, or online payments.

Which utilities are included in my rent?

Water, sewage. garbage, while also including wifi for our residents.
