|Recommended: NoChaos all the time — A lot of mismanagement everywhere. While moving in we faced so many issues. Our carpet had wine stains and the apartment was dirty. Looks like hadn't been clean for years.

|Recommended: NoAwful staff — Tim is kind but the rest is sassy, never answers the phone, and they do not get ANYTHING done. The Lux spent all their money on the stupid and unnecessary parking garage and now are charging residents hidden fees to make up for their financial mistakes.

|Recommended: YesGood — I am having troubles with packaging and have noticed so far that the amenities that are in the building are unavailable such as the pool and I am unsure of the process of using the movie theater.
